Brian Crower cams for the 1993-1998 Toyota Supra Turbo are manufactured to exacting precision. Brian Crower high performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to ensure accuracy and tolerances to within .02mm. Every Brian Crower camshaft profile has been prototyped and dyno tested for proven horsepower results prior to being produced. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass the cost savings on to the end user. Brian Crower produces first-rate cams at affordable prices. All Brian Crower cams are checked on a high speed, sub-micron accuracy measuring gauge. Brian Crower uses an Adcole Camshaft Measuring System with individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe. This instrument has .01 micron resolution, taking one datum point each 1/10th of a degree or 3,600 data points per revolution. Up to 200 Brian Crower cams per hour are checked for errors in rise and for any chattermarks. Supra cams are available in 264°/264°,272°/272°, and 280°/280° specifications. We suggest using Brian Crower valve spring and retainer kits for the 272° cams, and it is required with the 280°/280° cams. Don’t let the pricing fool you, these are excellent cams at a great price.
The Brian Crower Stage 2 Street/Strip Specification Cams are a Plug and play application. Short duration for nice street manners, slight lope at idle. Excellent all purpose cars and daily drivers. The stock springs and retainers can be used but the BC spring and retainer kit is recommended.
